Doja Cat's new album, Scarlet 2: Claude Frollo, has leaked just days before its scheduled release.

Although her five new songs are circulating the interest before their intended release, Doja Cat says she doesn't care. The nonchalant attitude about the music comes days after SZA completely scrapped an LP after songs had leaked.

The new drop is set as the deluxe edition of her 2023 LP, Scarlet, and was to include her new single, "Masc." Other tracks that were new for the collection were "Acknowledge Me," "Head High," "Gang," "Rider," "Urrrge" and "Hungry," Variety reports.

Now, just two days before the record was set to be available on streaming service, illegal leaks of the new music have begun to spread online, leading her fans - who commonly refer to themselves as "Kittens" - to attempt to complete some damage control on X.

"The same kittens spreading leaks are the same ones that complain about doja's spotify debut numbers like you don't know spreading leaks plays a big role in that, bunch of fools," one concerned fan posted.

After the "Paint the Town Red" artist shared a post about Pitbull, a fan responded and said, "ur whole album leak ma please do something about it."

Doja Cat, seemingly unbothered by the security breach, responded by saying, "idk why you guys care so much about leaks."

The GRAMMY-winner continued to respond to a series social media posts about the album leaking, insisting that she does not believe that the leak matters and the lowered streaming numbers do not matter to her.

"It doesn't make the music sound better or worse so why does that matter," she responded to a fan worried about the amount of streams each song would get.

The "Say So" songstress went on to reply to a series of messages from fans who were concerned about the album's performance on the charts after it had leaked. Doja supported the statement, agreeing that "thats fair to think too cuz thats the basis of stan culture."

While Doja Cat says she wished it could have been released on her own terms, she maintains that the amount of streams a project gets does not indicate its quality.

"No its definitely messed up cuz i wanted to put it out myself but theres nothing i can do about it!! thats just how its gonna be but at least i can just keep being creative and look forward to the awesome things i have coming up," she posted. Since many of her fans were looking forward to the new music dominating the charts upon its release, people listening to the leaks may deflate its numbers.

Doja Cat seemingly allowed fans to listen to the leaks if they desired, telling them to "do what you want its literally your life." Other fans also accused her of pretending that she isn't mad, which she fired back to by saying that she "leaks her own music anyway."

Doja Cat's stance on leaks comes days after SZA announced that she was completely starting on her Lana album from scratch after select songs were posted online without her permission, which she considers to be a "criminal offense."

The "Kill Bill" singer shared that she now plans to drop the leaks and outtakes from her 2022 SOS album "asap," but is holding on to other new music since it "deserves more time and music no one's ever heard before." Her new record Lana started out as the deluxe edition SOS, but soon evolved into a sister album.

"I decided [with] all the leaks and me not knowing what someone has or doesn't have it's too complicated so I should just consolidate the leaks and the outtakes and drop that as to not prolong the process and then focus on my next project as a win-win for everybody."

Doja Cat's Scarlet 2: Claude Frollo is still slated to drop on Friday, April 5. There is no formal release date for SZA's new music.
