On Wednesday, April 17, Kate Hudson shared a new song called "Gonna Find Out," describing how working on the 12-track project helped her discover "the core of who she is."

The Oscar-nominated actress  also revealed the title, cover, and release date for her debut album, Glorious.

As she unveiled the album's cover, release date, and tracklist, Hudson stated that the impending 12-song CD "is realer to me than anything I've done in my entire life."

"I'd say it doesn't seem real," said Hudson, 44, in a statement about the album, set for a May 17 release. "But the truth is: this is realer to me than anything I've done in my entire life. It was always this, I just needed to get to a place where I was ready... and the songs got to the core of who I am."

Glorious took a long time to create for the Glass Onion actor, who has always had a strong affinity for music.

She worked on it with Linda Perry of the 4 Non Blondes, Johan Carlsson, and Danny Fujikawa.

Fans Impressed With Actress Turned Singer's Vocal Range 

Fans were recently in awe of Kate Hudson's "vocal range" as she showcased her singing abilities.

For fans who did not know the actress is already entering the music scene, they realized that the Almost Famous actress appears to have a secret gift.

In a recent photo uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday, April 16, Hudson can be seen recording a song in a studio while wearing headphones and shouting into a microphone. The video also featured behind-the-scenes shots of the actress.

"So here for this!!!," one exclaimed, while another complimented her "beautiful voice."

"Our talented queen I always knew she could sing n finally she blesses us with her voice," a third reacted.

"Your vocal range is amazing. Loved it," a fourth praised, as another joined in with, "Your voice is so pretty Kate!!"

Previously Hudson debuted "Live Forever," a loving dedication to her son, Ryder (with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes):
