Kourtney Kardashian Barker celebrated her 45th birthday on Thursday (April 18) alongside her husband, Travis Barker, and their 5-month-old son, Rocky Thirteen Barker. Rocky is the couple's only child together.
Kardashian has three children with her ex Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope and Reign. Barker shares daughter Alabama and son Landon with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. He also has a step-daughter, Atiana.
"Kravis" first got together in the midst of 2020 before going public in January 2021. In April 2021, Barker, the drummer of Blink-182, had "Kourtney" inked on his chest. They had an extravagant wedding in Portofino, Italy in May 2022, in which the bride and groom sported custom Dolce & Gabbana.
The couple are widely known for their unabashed intimacy. The two openly kiss, cuddle and get into the nitty-gritty details of their sex life in the public eye and on The Kardashians Hulu series.
"The second we fell in love, I think we knew how different it was from anything either of us have ever had before," said Kardashian of her and Barker's whirlwind romance.
On Thursday, Barker posted a doting birthday tribute to the reality television star on his Instagram.
"Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever. I love you, I love our life together. Thank you for being the most amazing wife a person could ask for. Here's to many more years of adventures together," he wrote. He punctuated the post with an emoji of a flaming red heart. The emoji matches the couple's edgy, passionate image that they've developed together.
Barker's slideshow features ten photos of Kardashian, Barker and their children. The first picture shows the couple loved up on a boat. Another shows the two preparing to board a private jet.
The second shot is a touching, intimate photograph of Kardashian and Rocky Thirteen laying in bed. The two are nose-to-nose and Kardashian has a soft smile on her face; her arm is wrapped around the five-month-old, who wears a striped pajama set. The couple have mostly kept Rocky out of the spotlight, so this photo comes as a rare surprise.
The little one's name stems from not only the film Rocky, but the guitarist from Suicidal Tendencnies, Rocky George. Barker dubbed 13 as the "greatest number of all time."
The rest of the Instagram post is centered on Kardashian, complete with pictures of the star goofing around by herself and with her other children. In one shot, she is fast asleep with a crossword in her hands and a bright light emanating from her phone. In another, she squats above a toilet while wearing a black dress and a wide smile. In others, she's perched in bed. Other photos simply show the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star smiling, laughing and lounging about.
Barker, meanwhile, recently wrapped up a few months of touring with his band, Blink-182. The rock group made stops across Australia and New Zealand, along with appearances at South American music festivals like Lollapalooza Brazil. The Rock Hard tour, or simply World Tour, began last April and will continue through the end of August.
