A source revealed that the 14-time Grammy winner is set to grace the red carpet at the 2024 Met Gala.
Rumors have been swirling for quite some time about the attendance of the "Guilty As Sin" songstress and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, at this prestigious affair, often dubbed the Oscars of fashion.
On April 19, TMZ first shared that invitations were sent to the A-list couple; however, according to the report, they declined the offer.
In contrast, a source from Page Six informed us that Swift had confirmed her presence at the extravagant gathering. As of now, it remains uncertain if Kelce will be her plus one at the event.
This year's highly anticipated gala event is set for May 6, 2024, the first Monday of the month. The event will not clash with the singer's highly successful Eras tour, which will kick off in Paris, France, on May 9 following the gala.
Swift first did the long-standing tradition by ascending the museum steps for the first time in 2008.
Her last appearance was in 2018.
But in true Swiftie folklore, it is told that the meaningful, celebrity-filled event marked the beginning of the "Fortnight" singer's romance with Joe Alwyn.
In her track "Dress" from the Reputation album, Swift reminisces about their first encounter, mentioning his buzzcut and her bleached hair from their glamorous event.
