Belle and Sebastian's upcoming studio album Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance is not set for release until Jan. 20, but today the band has shared the album's cover and tracklist, which you can check out below.

The cover is typical Belle and Sebastian, with a duotone photograph of some young, fashionably dressed people, though it seems to have a slightly more political tone than we're used to seeing from the band.

The album was recorded in Atlanta and produced by Ben H. Allen, who has previously worked with Cee-Lo, M.I.A., Animal Collective, Deerhunter and Matt & Kim. It will be released as a CD, double LP and special edition quadruple LP boxset.

In addition to this new album, Belle and Sebastian has recently released a career-spanning vinyl boxset titled It Could Have Been a Brilliant Career, which compiled vinyl reissues of all the band's studio albums, as well as two compilations and a live album.
