Teresa Giudice has spent years turning her family into a money-making brand only to lose it all because of her purposeful deception. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star got the shock of a lifetime last month when not only was she sentenced to 15 months in prison, but she also learned that she would have to serve her time before her shady husband Joe Giudice serves his. Teresa now has to turn herself in to authorities Jan. 5 and she has purposely devoted the weeks leading up to that date to her family, putting up a united front. Unfortunately, Joe is not exactly on the same page.

Joe intentionally involved his wife in all of his fraudulent business dealings, but he is not exactly being supportive to her or their four kids at all right now. According to a Radar Online report, Joe's admitted alcoholism has gotten considerably worse since sentencing: He is reportedly drinking with friends and avoiding being at home.

"Joe is spending as much time as possible out of the house. There are one or two places in Rockaway he likes to go to because he doesn't get bothered, and other patrons often buy him drinks. He is most often alone, or with one or two guy friends. Teresa is never with him. He just likes to hang out and watch football games, or just shoot the s--t," says a source close to the family.

Joe's attorney made a failed attempt at sentencing to use his alcoholism as a way to garner sympathy, and now it seems he is living up to the description of his behavior. Teresa and Joe are reportedly clashing over everything at this point and an enormous amount of resentment is swirling around the two. She blames him for getting the family into legal trouble instead of protecting them and Joe blames Teresa's materialism for his resorting to criminal activity to please her.

We told you Teresa has supposedly already met with a divorce attorney and that might be the most likely scenario to play out for this shaky marriage. It is hard to imagine Teresa walking away from that Connecticut prison camp after 15 months and wanting to spend even a moment with her husband, isn't it?
