The wildly anticipated album by the Foo Fighters, Sonic Highways, is currently available to stream via iTunes, Consequence of Sound reports.

So far, the Foos have been promoting the record, out Monday (November 10), in a variety of ways. They took over Late Show with David Letterman last month for a whole week, performing cuts from the album along with cover tunes accompanied by Joe White, Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick and Zac Brown. The band's HBO series that highlights the making of the album has reached its midway point as well, with last night's episode (November 7) taking fans to Austin.

Each week on the show, the band travels to different cities across the U.S. and records a song. Dave Grohl and Co. also dig deep into the city's history while they're there and talk to some big names in music. The group even recruited some outside talent for the album, recording with the likes of Gary Clark Jr., Joan Jett and Joe Walsh of The Eagles (check out the full tracklist below).

The band was joined in Austin by contemporary bluesman and guitar master Clark, who is featured on the album's fourth track, "What Did I Do?/God As My Witness." "The song is thus far unlike anything else in Foo Fighters' discography," Carolyn Menyes of Music Times wrote about the song. "It's a bit theatrical, with plenty of starts and stops in the first half 'What Did I Do,' clearly pulling in the influence of the southern city Austin."
