Eminem's eighth studio effort, Shady XV, will be out Nov. 24, right in time for the holiday shopping season. Shady recently shared a clip where he discusses the demo version of his 2002 hit "Lose Yourself." According to XXL, the previously unreleased version will close out the new album, and the rapper also put out a short sample of the nixed take.
"There was another version of that song," he said in a clip for a Beats documentary. "I don't even remember recording [it]. I don't even remember where I was at when I recorded it. I don't remember any of the first verse. I don't remember it. So he called me one day and told me about it. I was like, 'What?' He was like, 'Remember the scratched version of 'Lose Yourself'? I was like, 'No, I don't.'"
