Last night, Lady Gaga teased the ARTPOP song "Do What U Want" in a Best Buy ad for Beats by Dre studio headphones. The 30-second clip features R. Kelly and Gaga going back and forth over a smooth R&B backbeat.
"Do what you want/ don't stop/ Let's party," Gaga sings. "Do what you want/ What you want with my body/ Do what you want/ What you want with my body/ Write what you want, say what you want about me/ If you want you know that I'm not sorry."
R. Kelly adds, "Taking these haters/ And we rough 'em up/ And we land the cut light, we don't give a..."
The teaser ends with lady Gaga declaring, "You can't have my heart / And you won't use my mind / Do what you want with my body."
The track will be available for purchase on Oct. 21. Gaga also plans to release two more preview tracks on Oct. 27 and Nov. 4.
She took to Twitter on Sunday night to talk about the upcoming album. "I feel like crying seeing your excitement for the new music it means the world to me, this music is my life. FUN FACT about ARTPOP: I sang the songs over and over until they transformed into a part of me. Then we pressed record. Each song on ARTPOP was inspired by different types of adrenalin, so it's an expression of the various rushes. I want you to feel them."
Gaga recently announced that her next single from the record would be "Venus." ARTPOP is scheduled for release Nov. 8 via Interscope Records. It is the pop star's third album, the follow up to 2011's Born This Way.
