Unfortunately we have nothing new to report with regard to new music from Kesha but her lawsuit against former producer/mentor Dr. Luke has just gotten even more in-depth. According to reports from Digital Music News, the pop star's mother, Pebe Sebert, has also sued the producer alleging that his implied crimes against her daughter resulted in the parent suffering from emotional breakdowns and "PTSD," resulting in blood pressure levels as high as 265/180.

Although this is all very juicy, most of Sebert's most relevant new claims deal with the original lawsuit, which claims-among other charges-that Luke had raped Kesha. The mother claims Luke boasted about getting girls drunk so that he could perform demeaning sexual acts on them. More interestingly, she claimed that he dealt drugs while he worked as a guitar player on Saturday Night Live for ten years, hence his nickname "Doctor." Where Sebert obtained this information is anyone's guess right now, and should be considered accordingly.

One other bit of information that falls under the "questionable credibility" category is the charge (from Kesha's side) that Luke had raped Lady Gaga as well at one point during her early career. Lawyer Mark Gergaros claims to have proof that this is the case but he hans't shown his hand yet. Gaga's team has denied the claim, however the allegation still remains interesting in light of recent commentary from Gaga where she does claim to have been raped, although she doesn't name an offender.

Gergaros aims to depose several women, including Gaga, with regard to the claims. Luke has of course countersued, alleging defamation against Kesha and her mother.
