Jimmy Fallon has done it again. The Tonight Show host and his Ragtime Gals, featuring the talents of Steve Carell, transformed Marvin Gaye's 1982 soul hit "Sexual Healing" into a barbershop masterpiece. While the skit is extremely funny, like most of Fallon's singing bits, it also sounds killer. It doesn't even compare to those rainbow suit jackets, though.

After the boys give a short intro, Carell pops into the frame and the audience goes wild. As we've seen time and time again, this is a skit that only works with music-minded guests. Justin Timberlake performed "SexyBack" with the Gals and Kevin Spacey joined the crew for Jason Derulo's "Talk Dirty" previously. Carell gives it his all, but, like always, Fallon and his buddies shine on the harmonies. Check it out below.

Carell is currently on the promotion circuit for his upcoming thriller, Foxcatcher. The Office star portrays a trainer who helps Channing Tatum and Mark Ruffalo prepare for the Olympics. Without giving too much away, things go south. Check out the trailer to see why Carell is making some serious Oscar buzz.

"The notion of casting somebody who is perceived habitually in a benign way, meaning you don't expect these characters to be capable of doing the things that this character does, is something that was said about the real John du Pont," director Bennett Miller said about Carell's character. "The little bit I got to know Steve before we decided to go down this road together, I got a very quick impression that he has another side, as I think many comedic actors do, that rarely gets aired out, and he had a willingness to approach this in a serious way."

Foxcatcher received a limited release on Nov. 14. It will expand to more theaters in the coming month.
