The holiday season is about to get just a little bit brighter. "Right There" singer Ariana Grande has finally confirmed that she will be releasing a series of Christmas songs this November and December.

Yesterday (Nov. 6) on her official Twitter account, Grande officially announced that she will be releasing one Christmas song a week for four weeks to act as a countdown to the biggest holiday of the year. "I'm releasing new music for Christmas! New song every week as a countdown to the holidays starting Nov. 19. Beyond excited to share them w/ U," she wrote before announcing the first single would be a cover of the classic track "Last Christmas."

Grande announced there will be releasing "originals as well."

The announcement of Grande's Christmas music should come as no surprise to Arianators. In October, Grande's boyfriend Nathan Sykes and manager Scooter Braun teased that she was in the studio recording some festive new music.

Additionally, Grande has shown her finesse with Christmas music before. Last year, she performed at the Citadel Outlets Christmas tree lighting ceremony and performed a spot-on rendition of Mariah Carey's holiday classic "All I Want For Christmas Is You."

Another non-surprise is the rollout plan for Grande's Christmas music. Since she shares manager Scooter Braun with Justin Bieber, it's no surprise that he is following the successful pattern of the Biebz's Music Mondays campaign to simultaneously release new music and create additional buzz for each new single.

Grande's first Christmas single, "Last Christmas," will be released on Tuesday, Nov. 19. One new song will follow each Tuesday until the holiday itself.
