George Strait may have just won Entertainer of The Year at the Country Music Association Awards, but that hasn't swayed his decision to call it a day at the end of his 2014 tour. The June 7, 2014 date at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX had been previously announced as the final date on "The Cowboy Rides Away" tour, but we all knew that it would have to be a blowout of the epic variety. Strait and his team have come through, assembling an all-star supporting cast for his final show.

The lineup of guests was released Tuesday. The show will feature (in alphabetical order): Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Sheryl Crow, Ronnie Dunn, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and LeeAnn Womack. That's about as star-studded a lineup we've seen for a concert in any genre this year, aside from the upcoming George Jones tribute concert to be held in Nashville on November 22 (which Strait will play).

Although they probably feel crushed under the addition of nearly a dozen other supporting acts, Strait's friends-Asleep At The Wheel-will serve as "openers."

If the names on the list aren't surprising, that's because all but three will take turns opening for Strait at other dates along "The Cowboy Rides Away" tour. Chesney, Hill and Jackson are making their first appearances on the tour at Dallas.

Tickets will go on sale on December 6. The historic nature of the event, not to mention the collection of talent involved, makes it a sure-thing sellout despite the size of the new Cowboy Stadium.
