Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Stevie J is always in some kind of trouble, isn't he? Even on the rare occasions that he is behaving himself, he ends up embroiled in some sort of drama with his common-law wife, Joseline Hernandez. This time around though, his "Puerto Rican Princess" has nothing to do with the mess that he is in. Stevie is the kind of guy that thinks that paying his child support is optional, at least until today when he ended up indicted for non-payment!

According to a report by TMZ, Stevie owes $8,500 a month in child support for two of his kids and he hasn't paid willingly since 2001. That means that the reality star's total unpaid child support equals $1,107,412. A grand jury indicted him today, but he won't actually be arraigned until Feb. 10 because he is currently on lock-down in a rehab facility.

We told you recently about how Stevie's probation was finally violated after he failed 10 drug tests. Yes, ten. That's how many it took before he was back in court and once there, the judge ordered him into rehab. Now Stevie may be about to learn the hard way about taking care of his kids because this new indictment could lead to him spending two years in prison. Wouldn't it have just been easier to take some of that Love & Hip Hop Atlanta money and willingly pay his child support?

Do you think that this latest indictment will affect his spot on the VH1 reality show or does it just ensure that Stevie will have a real story line once the next season begins filming? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
