Pharrell first got connected to the cartoon world by writing the eventual chart-topping hit single "Happy," but now the season eight The Voice coach is looking to get animated again. Yes, it's Pharrell's time to make a guest appearance on a new episode of The Simpsons.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Pharrell and his big ol' hat will be coming to Springfield for the Feb. 8 episode of The Simpsons. The notable hitmaker will arrive just in time to write a new theme song from the Simpson family's hometown, after it's discovered that the city's established pride song was the same song as many other cities, just slightly repurposed for their use.

And it's up to Pharrell to save the day.

In the image, which first appeared in EW, Pharrell can be seen wearing his signature over-sized Vivienne Westwood bucket hat. The always fashionable crooner is also rocking some tattoos on his arm, an earring and a greyscale outfit.
