Buku Music & Arts Project has completed its lineup for the artists who will be making the trip down to New Orleans in a little more than a month's time. The second and final phase of artists includes acts like RL GrimeDJ Windows 98 (Win Butler of Arcade Fire's DJ side project); Claude vonStrokeLil B, back from a near death experienceBadBadNotGood alongside Ghostface KillahHudson Mohawke; one of our 2015 artists to watchZella Day; and 2015 festival favorite ILoveMakonnen. Empire of the Sun, A$AP Rocky and Bassnectar will be headlining.

They will be joined by other additions that include Hyphee, Sweet Crude, Slander, XXYXX, SFAM, Benoit & Sergio, Devon Baldwin and Herb Christopher b2b Ryan Deffes. The new acts will join headlining acts like Passion Pit, Porter Robinson, Portugal. The Man, Jamie Jones and others over the two-day festival March 13 and 14.

The new grouping of artists will fill in the Buku lineup across its four stages: Power Plant, Float Den, Ball Room and Back Alley. With the full lineup announcement coming in, the artists have been separated out into their stages with heavyweights like Bassnectar, Rocky and Passion Pit on the main stage, dubbed the Power Plant, while the Float Den gets the big name dance acts leaning toward trap and hip-hop and the Ball Room gives an eclectic mix of hip-hop and indie. The Back Alley will feature primarily more underground dance DJs.
