Yesterday we were talking about Bruce Jenner and how his sex change is affecting his entire family and then, just like that something happened that could easily change all of his plans. Jenner slammed into the back of a Lexus on the Pacific Coast Highway on Saturday afternoon and the car careened into oncoming traffic, killing the female driver and leaving 7 others injured. Depending on the circumstances leading up to the fatal accident, the Olympian could be charged with vehicular manslaughter and face jail time.

TMZ originally broke the story and Jenner claimed that as many as five paparazzi were chasing him at the time of the deadly accident. Ironically, the site also has exclusive photos of Jenner moments before he hit the Lexus, thus proving his own statement about the paps. Apparently investigators are also looking into whether or not Jenner was texting at the time of the accident.

"Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they will get warrants for both Bruce's phone records and the cellphone itself. It's illegal to text while driving in California and if Bruce was texting Saturday when he struck a car on PCH in Malibu, authorities could charge him with vehicular manslaughter. Our law enforcement sources also tell us they're positive Bruce tried to avoid the accident. The tires on his trailer produced significant skid marks and at the last minute Bruce veered to the right, causing the Lexus to swing left into oncoming traffic. A Hummer struck the Lexus, killing the Lexus driver." said TMZ's report.

This is just one more horrible example of how everything can change in a split second. We know that at least one pap was nearby when Jenner slammed into the Lexus. If it's proven that he was being chased do you think that he should still face charges? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
