What a difference one week can make. In the last several days, we have gone from rumors and cruel jokes about Bruce Jenner to learning for a fact that he is transforming himself into a woman and will continue to date women. Not just that, but E! is filming his transformation so it can air as a reality series early this summer. The Olympic champion began the process more than a year ago and is expected to undergo gender reassignment surgery in the next few months. In the meantime, he is already reportedly living as a woman in Malibu, but is his family really that supportive?
According to a report by Radar Online, Jenner has already embraced life as a woman while taking the necessary steps to transition.
"He has been in counseling as required by the surgeon, and his doctor believes Bruce is psychologically prepared to become a woman. Bruce has already been living as a woman behind closed doors at his Malibu house. Bruce is ready to legally change his name, too. He'll change his entire identity, and will be recognized as a woman," said the source.
We have heard that both sides of the Kardashian and Jenner families are being supportive of Jenner, but that seems a little hard to believe. There are so many egos involved and you better believe that the girls are all a bit concerned that Jenner's transformation will somehow affect their own careers negatively. Plus, Kris Jenner has to be feeling a bit of a sting as her track record with husbands is kind of ironic: one is dead and the other would rather be a woman.
