Chance the Rapper and Alex Baldwin beatboxing and rapping together? Yes, that did happen. According to an Instagram that Chance posted last night, March 1, Baldwin showed up to the 15th anniversary of the Louder Than a Bomb youth poetry festival in Chicago to raise money for Young Chicago Authors. At some point the pair connected and decided to lay down some bars with the "Surf" rapper beatboxing and Baldwin rapping. Watch the video below.

Unfortunately, Baldwin was not freestyling, but keeping with the theme of poetry he decided give an edge to Carl Sandberg's poem "Chicago." In addition to the aforementioned Alec Baldwin in attendance, Alfred Woodard and Ali Shaheed Muhammad of A Tribe Called Quest were also there for the benefit for young Chicago poets.

The Instagram video appears to be them rehearsing for a performance that they delivered to the audience shortly thereafter, as evidenced by the YouTube video below.

We have seen the combination of Wale and Seinfeld work spectacularly in the past, so maybe this will forge some type of partnership between the pair or a love for 30 Rock that will carry over into some Chance the Rapper tracks.

Watch this as many times as you need to get your morning going.
