Norah Jones, Brandon Flowers of The Killers, plus Wayne Coyne and Steven Drozd of the Flaming Lips will be among the many musicians paying tribute to Beach Boys leader Brian Wilson at the forthcoming "Brian Fest," an event honoring one of the most influential figures in pop music history as he prepares to release his new album No Pier Pressure (from Pitchfork).

"Brian Fest: A Night to Celebrate the Music of Brian Wilson" will take place on March 30 at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. It's a small venue so you can imagine they'll go fast (the Fonda's website lists sales information as "on sale soon" as of publication). The event will ultimately benefit the Jameson Neighborhood Fund, so don't be surprised if tickets are pricey as well. Then again, looking at the full lineup, no one should be surprised if ticket prices read absurd heights when resold online.

Among the additional acts due to perform: Ann Wilson (Heart), Bethany Cosentino (Best Coast), Local Natives, Devendra Banhart, M. Ward, Boz Scaggs, Sebu Simonian (Capital Cities), Joy Williams, Doyle Bramhall II, Wilson Phillips, Karen Elson, Jade Castrinos and more. Wilson himself is due to make a "special appearance"...whether that involves performing with fellow Beach Boy Al Jardine (also on the lineup) remains to be seen. Also, Zooey Deschanel is slated to appear on No Pier Pressure, and considering that her She & Him performance partner M. Ward will be in attendance, we wouldn't be shocked if she made an appearance in some capacity.

No Pier Pressure will be released on April 7, and will also feature Kacey Musgraves and fun.'s Nate Ruess among its guests.
