Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson had something cooking last night, April 2, on SpikeTV's new show Lip Sync Battle. The WWE superstar took on Jimmy Fallon, who first introduced the game during his run on Late Night, in a lip-syncing battle royale. The highlight of the night was Johnson's rendition of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off," which help propel him to victory.

The big guy showed off his moves last night, transforming himself from a hulking action star to a petite pop singer. During the "haters gonna hate" part of the tune, Johnson tapped into some of his WWE taunting, flipping Fallon the bird. It was his nonverbal way of calling the comedian a "jabroni."

Fallon put up a solid fight with Harry Belafonte's "Jump in the Line," but round one easily went to The Rock. For his second tune, Fallon brought out a choir and suited up in a robe for Madonna's "Like a Prayer." It was a grand sight to see, but Johnson had an impressive answer. The actor put on a white leisure suit and pretended to sing "Stayin' Alive" by The Bee Gees.

The inaugural season of Lip Sync Battle promises some awesome talent performing to some great tunes. The Office's John Krasinski, one of the show's creators, has already been seen performing Tina Turner's version of "Proud Mary" in a shimmering dress. He will go head-to-head with Anna Kendrick, who will be joined by Jennifer Lopez for the latter's new tune, "Booty."

Lip Sync Battle airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST on SpikeTV.
