Luke Bryan's That's My Kind Of Night Tour is not off to a good start. Last night (Jan. 16), Bryan kicked off his extensive North American trek in Columbus, Ohio, but a stage collapse has already put the tour in jeopardy and left four crew members injured.

After the concert while Bryan's set was being deconstructed a forklift struck the stage, injuring four workers and damaging equipment, according to CMT. Luckily, this took place around midnight, hours after the end of the show so no fans nor Bryan were hurt.

Even more fortunately, none of the crew members' injuries were life-threatening, though the seriousness has not been disclosed.

Due to the equipment damage from last night's accident, the Bryan show tonight (Jan. 17) in Lexington, Ky., has been postponed until Feb. 21.

"The Luke Bryan concert in Lexington, Ky., will be rescheduled for Feb. 21 due to damage sustained to a piece of the stage during production load out after last night's show in Columbus, Ohio," a statement said. "The tour's team will make the necessary repairs to the production elements so the tour may continue."

Bryan's next scheduled stop is in Knoxville, Tenn., on Jan. 18.

The That's My Kind Of Night Tour will then continue through March 8, where it will close out in Bossiet City, La. The tour's second leg will then follow on May 3.
