Country music tends to lyrically place itself into the geography of the South or the heartlands. It's no secret that country musicians enjoy the beach just as much as the rest of us however. Thus the lineup for the second Rock The Oceans Tortuga Music Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is dominated by country performers. Two of the largest male names in the genre, Luke Bryan and Eric Church will serve as headliners.

The rest of the lineup is equally countrified. Sheryl Crow (who's been selling herself as a country girl as of late), Brett Eldredge, and Billy Currington are also included on the list. As for musicians that are a bit less honky-tonk, there's Ziggy Marley, Delta Rae and Train among others.

As the title suggests, the festival also serves to raise funds and awareness for marine issues. Last year's festival featured headliners Kenny Chesney (an obvious choice for a beach-themed event), Gary Allan and the Eli Young Band. The weekend raised $70,000 for marine conservation and research.

"We've been incredibly excited to announce our 2014 lineup," said A.J. Niland, the CEO of Huka Entertainment. "We set out to build on last year's foundation by putting together an amazing weekend at the beach with an incredible group of country, rock and roots acts. We feel we we've done exactly that, and hope our lineup brings just as much sunshine to our fans' holiday season as it has to ours."

The event will occur the weekend of April 12 and April 13. Tickets are currently on sale for $155.
