Yelawolf and Eminem have unveiled the music video for their collaboration together -- "Best Friend" -- taken from the "Till It's Gone" rapper's recent artist album, Love Story. The tune addresses very personal issues for Yelawolf including child abuse and the struggles he has faced personally that have deviated him, at times, on a path towards hell. It is a more spiritual then one might expect, thanking his "Best Friend" in God. Yelawolf, real name Michael Wayne Atha, alternates between singing and rapping while Eminem comes in with a lengthy, speedy and ferocious rap.

The video is simple and poignant, addressing the point of spirituality head on with plenty of imagery. Taking place primarily in a church, we see Yelawolf and Em rap up to the heavens with a crucified Jesus looking down on them. The wolf found on the album cover appears throughout the video, including at the beginning when Atha is out in a field looking up at the sky. Watch the video on YouTube below.

"Best Friend" is the only collaboration on Yelawof's 18-track sophomore album, Love Story. The album sold 45,000 equivalent copies in the first week and debuted at number two on the Billboard Top 200.

The rapper spoke to Complex recently about the decision to only have one feature when they are so common in hip-hop and why he chose his Shady Records boss, Eminem.

"Why am I gonna go get such-and-such? For what? Hype? I'm just trying to make a good record," he said.

The collaboration with the Shady Records don was the natural fit after hearing the track.

"The record Marshall is on, honest to God, as soon as I recorded it, I was like, 'Man, Marshall would sound great on this.' It really happened like that," Yelawolf said. "It wasn't some pitch or some gimmick. When people hear this song, they're gonna f**king bug out. Trust me."
