Demi Lovato's No. 1 New York Times Best Sellers book Staying Strong: 365 Days A Year is getting a little makeover. Today (Jan. 28), Macmillan Publishers released the audiobook version of the inspirational book, read by none other than Demi Lovato herself and actor Katie Schorr.
In Lovato's 21 years, she has battled addiction and dealt with issues of self-image and self-harm. She ultimately recovered and is now stronger than ever. Lovato hopes to help others, especially her dedicated fans, going through hard times by sharing her life story and the lessons she's learned in Staying Strong. And now, you can hear the words straight from Lovato's mouth, giving the book a whole new meaning.
Full of daily affirmations, life lessons and inspirational quotes pulled from Lovato's own life experiences, Staying Strong seeks to empower women to be their best selves. In a time where negative self-image is all too prevalant, Lovato offers fans a quote, personal message, goal or small affirmation for self-improvement and self-love each day of the year.
To help celebrate the release of Lovato's new audiobook, Music Times has teamed up with Macmillan Publishers to give away five (5) copies of the Staying Strong audiobook (retail: $19.99).
