Miguel's infamous 2013 Billboard Music Awards leg drop has just landed him in more trouble. The "Coffee" singer has reportedly been hit with another lawsuit stemming from the incident.

Cindy Tsai, one of the victims that suffered from Miguel's crash landing, is suing him and the MGM Grand, the venue where the show took place, as well. Tsai claims that she took most of the impact ensued by the R&B crooner's fall.

According to TMZ, she's seeking out compensation for "damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering."

Back in 2013, another audience member named Khyati Shah was going to take legal proceedings for injuries causing brain damage. Shah received medical testing but did not proceed with the lawsuit.

In other news, Miguel recently released an updated version of his 2014 track, "Coffee (F*cking)," that was featured on the three-track EP released in December.

Miguel is currently prepping the release of his third artist album, tentatively titled Wild Heart.

During a recent interview with Billboard, President of Urban Music at RCA Records and ByStorm Entertainment CEO Mark Pitts gave an update on Miguel's latest project.

"We're 90 percent done," he told them. "Its working title is Wild Heart and we're talking second quarter. He's more confident, and it's going to show in the music, his look and in the videos. Miguel is ready to push the button. His first album was about trials and tribulations. The second was OK, we're here; I wasn't bugging. And now it's here we go. He wants people to understand who he is. He's tired of people asking, 'Who are you, what's that, do you like girls?' He tells me, 'I want everyone to know I am wild, funny, edgy and love women. I need this album to connect.'"

The album will be his first full release since 2012's Kaleidoscope Dream featuring "Adorn" and "How Many Drinks?"
