One Direction fans, there is seriously no need to worry. Harry Styles is probably not going to leave the boy band for a while and 1D has no plans to even go on an extended break. As rumors swelled that the "No Control" singers were planning on taking time off after their upcoming North American tour with Icona Pop, the group's management quickly shut that down.

Instead of taking time off or breaking up altogether, One Direction will exit the stage for its On the Road Again Tour and will then begin recording its fifth studio album right away, according to band's management. NME reports that 1D is "excited" about what is to come for its FOUR follow-up.

"The story is all pure speculation and not based on any facts," One Direction's publicist said in a statement. "The band are due to record. They're excited about their brand new fifth album and their upcoming tour."

The latest rumors started circulating via various British publications, though they clearly held no water. One Direction is currently writing material for its fifth studio album and prepping for its summer tour this year, even without founding member Zayn Malik, who exited 1D in March.
