Major Lazer has unveiled the music video to their Peace Is The Mission collaboration with Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley, "Powerful." The tune is one of the most personal and heartfelt tracks on the album and now it gets a rather unusual visual treatment.

The video takes the chorus from Riley to heart, touching on the energy and electricity found in love. Directed by James Slater, the video occurs at Fez's Diner out in the middle of nowhere as Goulding and Riley show off a special set of skills they have acquired. The pair use the electricity found in love to lift up objects, starting with their own before going on a rampage, knocking over people's food and even lifting a waitress up into the air. The pair then leaves the scene in a beat up station wagon, but not after opening the doors with their telekinesis.

This is the second music video to arrive from Peace Is The Mission. The visuals for the trio's summer smash "Lean On" were released shortly after the single was unveiled. Unfortunately, there are no cool dances for fans to learn from the "Powerful" video. Watch the video on YouTube below.

Major Lazer have a very busy summer ahead of them touring and prepping for a new album that should be released early next year. They will be hitting select Mad Decent Block Party stops, as well as festivals all over Europe like Pukkelpop and Day Off Music Festival. They have their own headlining tour of Europe this fall as well that kicks off with two gigs in Paris at L'Olympia. See full details about the tour here.
