Deadmau5 continued his trolling ways last night at the DOTA 2 International Championships won by the underdog American team, Evil Geniuses. He was tabbed for a surprise 20-minute performance for the thousands of gaming faithful who had gathered at  Key Arena in Seattle and millions more watching online. It all seemed to be going great as deadmau5 played some of his bigger tunes and remixes found on 5 Years Of Mau5 and then he decided to cap off the set with a hard cut to Avicii "Levels," a track that has become the symbol of the modern commercial EDM era that Zimmerman hates so much and then ran off the stage into the locker rooms.

For the surprise performance, deadmau5 showed up with some nice production, borrowing from the gaming event. He acknowledged the hate he has been getting on his Twitter by responding to several individuals and then quoting Cam'ron, asking if they were mad.

With everyone up and arms about the set, many have forgotten whom the real star of the show was -- the cameraman intensely zooming in back and forth to the beat from Zimmerman's face.

The collaboration between deadmau5 and DOTA became official after the Canadian producer created a 35-minute soundtrack of totally new music for users during game play. The songs fit certain situation such as when you die, respawn or kill someone else, but the new music was a surprising addition to the audio packs that the game sells to their users.
