Lil Wayne and Charlie Puth have joined forces to release the official video to "Nothing But Trouble," their single from the soundtrack to 808, the upcoming documentary on the ever-influential Roland TR-808 drum machine. Check out the new video below, via Apple Music.

As he did on the video to "See You Again," his No. 1 hit with Wiz Khalifa, Puth sits at the piano while he sings the chorus. This time, he and Wayne deal with more playful subject matter, ruminating on how Instagram models are "Nothing But Trouble."

"She's going away now, I'm going full throttle / All these Instagram models, I said they're nothing but trouble," sings the recently discovered pop sensation.

In the video, Wayne has clearly been spending too much time on the 'gram, as all he can see is a whirlwind of scantily clad gorgeous women. When he's finally able to settle his gaze, it turns out that upon closer inspection, the women are simply cardboard cut-outs.

"When I met her she was posse'd up / In the section holding bottles up / Oh, she just wanted to be popular / Oh, she just wanted 10,000 followers," raps Wayne in heavy auto-tune.

Of course, the crossover jam packs in plenty of 808s. The documentary will be out later this year via You Know Films and Atlantic Films and will include appearances and commentary from Pharrell, Phil Collins, Afrika Bambaataa, Rick Rubin and many more. Watch the 808 trailer below.

"Nothing But Trouble" is the first single off the 808 soundtrack, which will be available via Big Beat Records at the time of the film's release.

Charlie Puth is preparing to release his debut album, Nine Track Mind, on November 6. The album will include the singles "Marvin Gaye," featuring Meghan Trainor and the newly released "One Call Mind."
