Led Zeppelin will "Ramble On" this year with a series of reissues. After announcing initial plans to re-release its catalogue in January, new details and tracklists for Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II and Led Zeppelin III have been revealed.
According to Rolling Stone, the legendary classic rock band's first three albums will be reissued on June 3 on basically every type of format available (CD, single LP, deluxe vinyl and digital download). "Super deluxe" box set versions of the albums will also be available, of course, with every available format, a hard cover book with rare photos and other previously unseen memorabilia and a replica of the band's original Atlantic Records press kit.
Basically, it's a Led Zeppelin fan's dream come true.
Along with the announcement of format and an official re-release date for its first three albums, tracklists for the bonus edition of each album has also been revealed.
For the band's eponymous debut, a live set from Paris 1969 including "Heartbreaker," "Dazed and Confused" and "Moby Dick" will accompany the album. Led Zeppelin II will include new mixes of six songs and backing tracks for "Thank You" and "Living Loving Maid (She's Just A Woman") because why not.
Led Zeppelin III has the most exciting offering, three previously unreleased tracks: "Keys To The Highway/Trouble In Mind" and instrumental versions of "Brun-Yr-Aur Stomp" and "Out On The Tiles," called "Jennings Farm Blues" and "Bathroom Sound," respectively. III will also contain seven studio outtakes from the album.
