When you have a lot of time on your hands and you really like Kanye West, some weird things can happen. For six hours and 41 minutes, Jacob Brody took his own spin on West's discography by performing some creative guitar covers starting with College Dropout's "We Don't Care" and powering all the way through to the Yeezus closer "Bound 2."

Brody is an intern over at Reverb and when his team discovered he had created this gem, they had to jump on it. YouTube took the video down off his individual page but you can still view the entire thing over on Reverb.

Brody said that he just picked up most of the songs by ear. The camera he used only allowed 15-25 minutes of uninterrupted play, so it's not exactly the entire discography in one take, but he is wearing the same clothes, so we can safely assume he recorded the increments back to back.

He admits that there are mistakes, but how could there not be with that many songs in one take? No doubt guitars get slightly out of tune after six hours and 40 minutes of continuous playing. You may also notice he switches guitars mid song, and that's due to changing keys in the middle of songs.

Brody really hits his stride on Yeezus with some creative interpretations of songs. "On Sight," "Hold My Liquor" and "I'm In It" are particularly fun takes on the beat driven songs. West uses a ton of samples, so when Brody goes beyond just covering the sampled song, he comes up with some really unique and imaginative covers.

This isn't the first full discography he's tackled either. You can watch videos of him covering Tyler The Creator's and Vic Mensa's full discography below or over on his personal website. For his take on Kanye though, you'll have to go to Reverb until they work out the legal issues.
