Sofia Vergara is one happy woman! Not only is she engaged to one of the hottest men on the planet, Magic Mike XXL's Joe Manganiello, but she is also currently tied for the title of highest paid actress in Hollywood. The Colombian bombshell recently opened up to InStyle in their upcoming October issue about how she thought her fiancé was too handsome to date and on planning to use a surrogate if she decides to have another baby.
The Modern Family star couldn't help but gush about her hubby-to-be. She explained Manganiello has more to offer besides his good looks. In fact, it was his personality and the way he interacted with her family that led her to fall head over heels with the fellow actor. After discovering the man behind his Hollywood persona, Vergara is now counting down the days till she can marry him and they begin a new life together.
"I realized he's not like a typical handsome guy," said Vergara to InStyle. He's not vain. He's very serious, very straightforward, very easy. Also, he doesn't drink. So that's great because he doesn't like to go out partying. And he can sit around a dinner table for hours with my family. He talks s--- and drinks Colombian coffee."

It wasn't all rainbows and smiles when they first started dating however, after he very publicly asked her out. Vergara was a little hesitant about giving the 38-year-old Pittsburgh native a chance. Due to his ridiculously good looks, Vergara knew he would be at the top of many women's most wanted lists, and that unfortunately was a turnoff for her. Who could blame her? Would you want women gawking all over your man every time you stepped outside of the house together?
"I didn't want to go out with him for a long time because I thought he was too good looking. Like it's too much work, and I'm older. I'm 43 years old. I don't want to deal with a guy that every girl is after, you know?"
The Hot Pursuit actress also opened up about the possibility of adding a new baby to their soon-to-be family. Vergara has a son named Manolo who was born in September of 1992 from a previous marriage to her high school sweetheart, Joe Gonzalez. Her age has made her come to the realization that she might need to seek outside help if she wants to have another baby, most likely surrogacy.

"I'm really borderline at my age to do it. And if I'm going to do it, I would need a surrogate. I'll need help. But I don't mind it; it's fine."
The two became engaged on Christmas Day in 2014, just after starting their love affair five months earlier in July. Vergara and Manganiello are looking to exchange vows on Nov. 22, in warm weather at Breakers Palm Beach in Florida.
