Former The View co-host Rosie O'Donnell has faced her fair share of family issues these past couple of months. She's currently in a custody war with ex-wife Michelle Rounds, who she also recently saved from a reported suicide attempt. Her eldest daughter Chelsea had been reported missing some time ago but, ultimately found unharmed. Now, Chelsea is speaking out in an interview but it's not about her experience while reported missing--it's all about her mother. In an unexpected tell-all interview, she revealed that her mother smokes weed, is "phony" around other people, and so much more.

In an interview with Daily Mail, the 18-year-old spoke candidly about Rosie and how she views her as a parent. She says that a lot of the time she feels that she's not genuine. "[Rosie] has this public persona," Chelsea told the Daily Mail. "She will put this big smile on her face and try to be funny."

The lengthy interview revealed some of O'Donnell's habits like how she likes to sleep late, how she doesn't get dressed or put on make up unless someone is willing to do it for her, and how most of the time, she likes to be left alone, in a separate part of the house or next door, in her "arts and crafts house." O'Donnell is a mother of five, and according to Chelsea, Rosie spent a lot of time placing her and her siblings in the care of someone else.

"There were other people around the house for different reasons and they would take us places when she really wouldn't want to be doing it," Chelsea told the Daily Mail.

The information released in the interview could be used against O'Donnell in her custody battle for youngest daughter Dakota, according to Page Six. The site reported that O'Donnell is devastated to hear her daughter speak so negatively about her and finds her words to be "heartbreaking."

Chelsea, who refers to her mother by first name only, recalled in the interview how their home frequently smelled of marijuana because O'Donnell would smoke it often, but never in front of the children. She also spoke to the Daily Mail of her mother's eating habits saying, "Rosie would eat takeout with us, and if there were cookies in the house, she would eat them all."

Chelsea, who admits that she suffers from anxiety and depression, is now moved out of O'Donnell's home and says she receives no financial assistance from the 53-year-old. She's currently living with her boyfriend and his family and says she's happier than she's been in years.
