It's another weak on top for The Weeknd's Beauty Behind the Madness single "The Hills." For the fourth week in a row, the sizzling track tops the Billboard Hot 100. Abel Tesfaye was able to hold off the competition, including rising singles from Drake and Shawn Mendes.

"The Hills" crowns the Hot 100 this week despite drops in sales (98,000 copies sold) and streams (17.6 million) thanks to its stronghold on radio, Billboard reports. For the third straight week, "The Hills" bests the Radio Songs chart with 149 million audience members, and it shows no sign of stopping its radio dominance, especially after a fresh remix with Nicki Minaj dropped on Saturday Night Live.

What can keep "The Hills" from a fifth week at No. 1? Drake's "Hotline Bling," of course, which rises one spot this week to No. 2, bumping Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" to No. 3. "Hotline Bling" topped the Digital Downloads chart this week, nudging The Weeknd to No. 2, and with a music video on its way soon, the song could easily grab the top spot.

Beneath the race for No. 1, Silento's viral hit "Watch Me" had a resurgence from No. 7 to No. 4 this week thanks to, of course, a viral video. The Mighty Mites Pee Wee football team danced to the song during its halftime show and quickly racked up the hits. Thanks to the video's 5 million YouTube views (and rising), the song bumped back up the charts.

The rest of the Hot 100's top 10 is made up of familiar singles with minor gains and losses. Fetty Wap's latest hit single "679" maintains its No. 5 rank, but the rise of "Watch Me" bumped The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face" down two spots to No. 6 and R. City's "Locked Away" down to No. 7.

Meanwhile, teen favorites take up the bottom three spots. Shawn Mendes' "Stitches" rises slightly to No. 8 swapping places with Taylor Swift's "Wildest Dreams," which retreats to No. 9. Selena Gomez's lead Revival single "Good for You" rounds everything out at No. 10 for the second week.
