Jay Z just can't seem to catch a break these days when it comes to lawsuits. The Roc Nation boss-man is facing yet another lawsuit over the logo for his previous venture, Roc-A-Fella Records.

Back in 2012 Hov was sued along with Dame Dash and fellow Roc co-founder Kareem "Biggs" Burke by fashion designer Dwayne Walker for allegedly using the Roc-A-Fella logo that Walker designed in 1995 without paying him royalties.

Walker still owns the logo.

In a press release dated March 20, Walker claims that Jay Z, Dash and Biggs promised to give him $3,500 and 2 percent of the revenue for 10 years after the first year of the logo's use.

Walker says the $3,500 was paid in full but he has yet to receive any other compensation.

He is reportedly owed $7 million in royalties.

"We are pleased with the court's order," Gregory Berry, Walker's attorney, said in the press release. "For over 18 months Jay-Z and the other defendants have done everything they can to avoid swearing under oath to the events that led to the creation of the logo. With the decision today, the defendants' delay tactics must stop, and Mr. Walker's quest for justice can move forward."

Hov won't be able to dodge this one any longer. He will have to "cooperate with discovery" via depositions and document production.

His attorney sure does have his work cut out for a while.
