One Direction may have had to cancel a concert last night (Oct. 20), but the boy band had the "Perfect" remedy for its fans - a new music video. The latest Made in the A.M. single got its clip, and it features everyone's favorite boys living it up in a New York City hotel and showing off what a day behind the scenes may look like.

The clip is pretty simple. Shot in black and white, One Direction cause a ruckus around a swanky New York City hotel (The Intercontinental), throwing sheets on the ground, pushing luggage carts to the ground and goofing around in the hallways. In what seems like a look at 1D's (rare) days off, the video also features the goofy foursome mugging for the camera, eating snacks and, of course, passionately singing along to their new single.

The clip isn't without its intricacies, however. Just to fuel those rumors that this song is a response to Harry Styles' ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift's 1989 single "Style," there's a pretty obvious nod to her video. As Styles sings that he's perfect to "write breakup songs about" while laying back on a sofa, clouds surround him, not unlike Swift's "Style" visual.

The music video ends in typical boy band fashion, with One Direction performing "Perfect" atop the Intercontinental roof with plenty of passion, as the backsplash of the city surrounds them.

"Perfect" is the second official single from One Direction's new album Made in the A.M., which is due to be released on Friday, Nov. 13. And, if that's too long to wait for more new music, the boys announced that the Perfect EP will drop this Thursday (Oct. 23) with another new song, "Home."
