With only three days until the release of his new artist album Embrace, Armin van Buuren has unveiled the final single from the LP "Hands To Heaven" featuring hit-making producing and songwriting team Rock Mafia.
The single is an unlikely collaboration between a trance icon in Armin van Buuren who has expressed with this album that he wants to step outside of the traditional confines of his genre and make some new material. The idea of this pop/rock songwriting team working with Armin van Buuren may have scared many die hard fans, but after hearing the track, they should be happy with the final product.
It has a strong, rumbling bass line with long, atmospheric builds and anthemic, hands in the air moments filled with heavily reverbed synth lines and pianos. Rock Mafia play their part with simple vocals urging the listener to put their "hands to heaven," perfect for the large crowds that van Buuren plays to on a weekly basis.
This is the sixth single taken from Armin van Buuren's forthcoming album Embrace. It follows up other tracks including his collaboration with Cosmic Gate "Embargo" and his track with Hardwell "Off The Hook."
Armin van Buuren's Embrace will be released in three days on Oct. 29. Fans can pre-order the LP here and get "Hands to Heaven" while they are there.
