During the NYC show of her I Am tour, JoJo showed Jeremih some love and performed a cover of his hit single “Planes.”
In addition to performing fan favorites like “Leave (Get Out)” and “Too Little Too Late,” JoJo also performed her “triangle” of singles including “When Love Hurts” and “Say Love” and her viral cover of Drake’s “Marvin's Room.
“NYC thank you MADLY!!!! Another sold out night with you passionate incredible special people. Thank you from the bottom to the top,” she told fans.
NYC marked just the second stop of her tour, which continues through December, with stops in Chicago, L.A., Atlanta, Toronto, and New Orleans.
Prior to announcing her tour stops, the pop songstress revealed that she has a new album in the works as well. The album will be JoJo's third full length release and her first since 2006’s The High Road. She first catapulted to stardom following the release of her debut single "Leave (Get Out)" back in 2004.
“I did what felt right and I tried different things, and I took my time and just kinda played around, and what came out is an eclectic body of work, but with more of a cohesive theme,” she said of the LP. “It is diverse, but it’s all very true to who I am and what I love.”
