Sheffield is clearly the underdog today, but manager Nigel Adkins says his team is still very excited for the Cup match. This is a big opportunity for players to be noticed, and pulling off an upset could be the biggest even in the franchise's history.
"We would be delighted with two of the possible three outcomes on the day and although Manchester United winning the game on Saturday is obviously the most likely outcome, we have a chance and if we believe we have a chance then who knows what might happen," the coach said, according to his team's website. "We certainly aren't planning on going there and just sitting back and inviting pressure, of course they will have the majority of the possession, but let's see if we can hurt them and get a goal when we have the ball, that's our aim because we have goals in our team."
