Bassnectar will be making his annual return to Colorado, but this time with an entirely new plan. Today, Bassnectar announced that Bass Center would be returning to Colorado, where the show first began in 2010, however this time, as a 2-day festival with the likes of Wu-Tang Clan, Flux Pavilion, Lupe Fiasco, Minnesota, Porter Robinson and many more joining him in Colorado.  With a stacked lineup, Bassnectar orchestrating the entire event, and Bass Center now becoming a 2-day camping festival, Bassnectar fans and bassheads across the world have to be incredibly excited about this show.

With the inaugural Bass Center taking place in Colorado back in 2010, Bass Center has moved around from year to year, but has never seen the likes of a 2-day festival with camping. Bassnectar alluded to this event taking place late last year when he released his "Bassnectar Chocolate," with the winner (the one with the golden ticket inside the candy like in Willy Wonka) receiving free admission to the festival. This certainly had fans extremely excited for the upcoming festival, however, details were unknown until today.

In regards to the festival Bassnectar stated, via his personal website, "Starting this year, we will deliver the Bass Center as an annual weekend special event, featuring expanded lineups, enhanced production, and as many special fx and magical extras as we can manage. Bass Center 2016 returns to Colorado where it all began with the most intense lineup we have ever assembled...We will feature two Camping Villiages (affectionately nick-named The Shire & Narnia) which will offer limited camping for the hardcores who basically want to arrive on Friday and not leave until Sunday."

The show will take place at DSG Park in Commerce City, Colorado on July 29th and July 30th. Presale tickets will go on sale on Wednesday January 13th at 10am EST and then to the public on Friday, January 15th. Tickets and more information about the show can be found here, through Bassnectar's website.
