Ariana Grande is the first notable celeb to reach out to Celine Dion following the death of her husband, Rene Angelil, and brother Daniel. Angelil, 73, died of throat cancer Jan. 14. Just two days later Daniel, 59, died of brain, tongue and throat cancer.  

According to Billboard, Angelil's funeral will be held at Notre-Dame Basilica in Montreal, with open hours to the public available in A Chapel of Rest from Jan. 21 to Jan. 22. There will additionally be visiting hours for Daniel at at Salon Charles Rajotte in Repentigny on Jan. 23, with funeral services close behind at the Simon-et-Jude Church in Charlemagne.

The news that Daniel had cancer was released to the public Jan. 15, when he was in the hospital and surrounded by his 13 brothers and sisters and their mother, Therese, 88.  

Dion's sister Claudette gave a statement to the Journal of Montreal which read: "It's very painful. It's a matter of days or hours. It looks a lot like Rene, he had cancer of the throat, tongue and brain. Our family is very experienced." She added in the interview as translated by the Daily Mail that, "We are with Daniel, day and night. He is 59 years old, very young to be at the end of his life.

Dion has canceled her shows in Las Vegas to grieve for her husband and brother. She is respected to resume her residency at The Colosseum on Feb. 23.
