Kelly Clarkson stunned audiences on American Idol one last time when she gave a stunning, tearful and emotional performance of her new single "Piece by Piece." Now, that Idol version of that song has been officially released along with nine other new versions of Piece by Piece tracks with Clarkson's new LP Piece by Piece Remixed.

Piece by Piece Remixed features not only the Idol version of "Piece by Piece" but other reimagined album cuts, including an EDM-infused remix of "Heartbeat Song," a defiant new mix of "Invincible" by Vicetone, and a party-ready Young Bombs remix of "Dance with Me."

But, any Clarkson fan will know she shines best on the live stage (which is how America first fell in love with her). And, Clarkson pays tribute to her stunning live show with the tour version of another stunning Piece by Piece ballad "Tightrope."

"The remixes of the songs on Piece By Piece have given a fresh spin on the tracks; they give the lyrics such a fun, new life. I'm so excited for fans to hear our live version of 'Tightrope' as well. It is one of the most personal on the album and, by far, my favorite to sing on tour," Clarkson said in a statement to EW.

The bookend piano ballads are far and away the Piece by Piece Remixed standouts. And what about that teary "Piece by Piece" Idol performance? In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Clarkson revealed that she was never going to make it through that song without sobbing. "[Husband Brandon Blackstock] was at Idol, my little girl was there, my little boy was turning circles in my stomach. It was nostalgic," she said. "It was the last time I was going to be on Idol and it's ending. I was screwed from the get-go. Emotionally, I'm on a slip slide to hell."

Piece by Piece Remixed is out now to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Grammy-nominated album.
