After announcing his debut album Ology, Gallant has unveiled the second episode of his In The Room series, pairing with the man, the myth, the legend Seal to sing Gallant's biggest single to date "Weight In Gold."

The pair work their beautiful magic on the track, bringing it out of the confines of a studio recording and make it even better. Seal handles the first verse and hook of the tune, crooning it out with his time-tested voice, before handing over the reins to the young gun. They then handle the final minute of the song, showing some remarkable chemistry, adding in extra words and showing range with back and forth between lines.

"Seal was the guy that made it okay to straddle genres. He just absolutely refused to conform," Gallant tells i-D. "Hearing his lyrics as a kid completely transformed my idea of being an artist, being honest in what you write, being black... all of it... and to be even standing in the same room as him, let alone singing a song I wrote with the dude was utterly unreal."

Even more impressive is that it was all shot in one take.

You can see Seal is clearly impressed with Gallant as they perform the duet. After it is done, they sit down for a short interview where Seal professes he is Gallant's number one fan.

This is the second video as a part of Gallant's In The Room series. The first video was done with Sufjan Stevens, where they did an acoustic and soulful rendition of "Blue Bucket of Gold."

Gallant's Ology will be released on April 6 and has production from Adrian Younge among others with a feature from Jhené Aiko. Pre-order the album on iTunes here.
