Drake continues throwing major shade at Meek Mill (and vice versa), but according to fellow rapper French Montana, the ongoing hip-hop feud all in good spirit.

Earlier this month, popular radio host Charlamagne Tha God basically deemed Drizzy's latest diss song "Summer Sixteen" totally whack. First off, the YMCMB superstar had no right dragging Jay-Z and Kanye West into the mayhem (via VladTV).

"I understand what he's saying, but you gotta understand how that could be taken... You could be taking a light shot at Jay. You should aspire to be on that level, but you're never going to be Jay. Nobody is... It's like relax, yo. You've never made a 'College Dropout.' You've never made a 'Late Registration.' You've never even gotten a Kardashian pregnant."

So, why did the 29-year-old Toronto emcee go so hard? According to Montana, it's simply part of the rap game:

"I feel like with this situation, it's different, but at the end of the day, I don't feel like they have real problems," the "Pop That" singer said during a recent interview with Larry King. "I feel like it's just a sport. It's a sport, so it's like competition... Sometimes you spar with somebody. That's what that is. Cause ain't nobody get hurt. Nothing happens. So, I feel like it's just part of the game. It brings excitement to the game" (via Complex).

And does Charlamagne now want part of the action. He can't seem to stop talking about the "Hotline Bling" hypeman...

He was recently asked this rather morbid question by Pulse of the People - "If Drake died today, would he be on the level of Tupac?"

And Charlamagne's response?

"Absolutely. Every musician that dies is the greatest ever when they die. I never heard a David Bowie  record in my life. But for whatever reason he's one of the greatest of all time now. You know why? 'Cause he's dead" (via MTV).

So, which side of the "feud" are Music Times readers on?
