Adele's music has been known to have a stirring emotional impact, and she channeled that energy to pay tribute to the victims of the Brussels terrorist attacks. On Tuesday night (March 22), the "When We Were Young" singer performed at London's O2 Arena and honored those affected by the brutal bombings with a beautiful rendition of "Make You Feel My Love."

After asking fans to illuminate the arena with the lights on their cellphones, Adele wanted her thousands of fans to sing so loudly that the people of Brussels could hear them across Europe.

"Oh my god. This is incredible. This is 'Make You Feel My Love,' and this is for Brussels. I want you to all sing it with me so they can hear us," Adele said before giving a stunning and emotional rendition of the Bob Dylan track, which she covered on her debut album 19.

The entire time Adele was performing the piano ballad, fans across the O2 Arena waved their phones in the air, illuminating the venue around them. And the moment was just as poignant as Adele intended.

"Thank you very much. I don't think I've ever actually been so moved in my life at one of my shows. That was just so beautiful. Thank you very much for doing that. It's such a beautiful song. I think they heard us," she said after finishing the tune.

Her dedication of "Make You Feel My Love" wasn't the only time Adele addresses the terrorist attacks in Brussels and ISIS, who claimed responsibility for the three explosions, 34 dead and 200-plus injured people. She also called them out, saying her music is for entertainment, and not for them.

"Let's make enough noise so they can hear us from here, right? We're all here for the same reason," she said. "I'm hoping you've all come to be entertained by me. I'm here to entertain you, so we're all united, so that makes us much better than them f*ckers. You're on your own, you f*ckers," she told the crowd (via People).

Adele's tour is set to continue on Friday, March 25, in Glasgow.
