Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato showed a different kind of performance at their Orlando concert on Saturday by giving a hair-raising tribute to the victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting. On the lighter note, the duo is ready to grace the celebration of the Fourth of July with the Boston Pops.

As part of Jonas and Lovato's Future Now Tour, the two chose to treat the staff from Pulse Nightclub in Orlando as part of their special tribute to the victims of the tragic event. TMZ reported that 30 employees from the disco bar were treated with an exclusive private suite at Amway Center for the concert.

In a Facebook post made by Pulse Orlando, a snap was shared that featured the club's workers, who enjoyed the concert for free, in a meet-and-greet with Jonas and Lovato before their gig started.

 "Nick Jonas & Demi Lovato, thank you for making the pulse family smile," the organization captioned the photo. "We will rise and not be defeated!"

In the concert, Jonas and Lovato welcomed their surprise guest, Andra Day, and delivered their perfect and emotional rendition of "Rise Up." As the three were singing, the names and ages of the victims of the Orlando shooting were displayed on the big screen behind them, E! News reported.

They, too, honored the late Christina Grimmie, The Voice contestant, who was also a victim of a tragic shooting.

Moreover, before the touching tribute started, Rolling Stone added that Jonas and Lovato called a man named Hank on stage and gave a little prayer.

"Orlando, you've been through a lot. In the last month, you've had two shootings, one of which was the most deadly shooting in all of America's history," he said. "So we want to pause in the midst of this exciting night... we can to pause and say a prayer, a prayer of healing."

After the show, the "Jealous" crooner shared a snap from their Orlando concert on Instagram. "Orlando you were incredible last night. Thank you @andradaymusic for helping DEMI and I are honor the victims of the terrible acts of violence recently." he captioned his photo.

The 23-year-old actress posted a solo picture and captioned it with "I adore you Miami. Thank you!"

Meanwhile, on Sunday, concert goers were treated to a free show at DCR Hatch Shell in Boston which happened to be the rehearsal for the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular in celebration of the Fourth of July.

The much-awaited event was headlined by Jonas and Lovato with Little Big Town, The Boston Globe cited. During the rehearsal, the "Let it Go" singer paid tribute to Prince by singing his hit song "Purple Rain" and her own songs, "Cool for the Summer" and "Confident." Additionally, the Jonas Brothers member performed "Chains," "Close" and "Jealous."
