The boys of BTS are as impressive as solo acts. J-Hope finally releases his anticipated mixtape called Hope World.

After months of teasing, rapper and dancer Jung Hoeok dropped his album in South Korea on Thursday, March 1. Fans can listen to the entire record on the audio streaming platform Soundcloud for free.

The mixtape features seven original tracks including the lead single "Daydream." To accompany his solo project, J-Hope also filmed a music video for the track which was also released on Thursday.

To say that fans are excited about the rapper's solo venture would be an understatement. The colorful and upbeat music video has already been viewed over 11 million times on YouTube a day after its release.

On Soundcloud, the mixtape has already recorded hundreds of thousands of streams, with "Hope World" already crossing the 1 million mark.

Fans will also be able to download the seven tracks for free. BigHit Entertainment released a .zip file of the mixtape on Dropbox.

This is not J-Hope's first mixtape. He previously released 1 Verse back in December 2015 according to Soompi.

BTS Goes International

The K-pop group has come a long way since they debuted in 2013. The group has gained a massive following not only in their home country, South Korea, but also everywhere in the world. The boys count Troye Sivan and the Backstreet Boys as some of their celebrity fans.

Recently, BTS has also been named the new global brand ambassadors of the athletic wear brand Puma.

"We've had various promotions with BTS as our brand models for four years in a row," Puma said in a statement. "They will gain even more love as global ambassadors starting this year."

Last year, the Korean artists have also partnered with the brand and released their own shoe line called Puma X BTS Court Star. According to The Huffington Post, the shoes had a black and white theme and featured a logo designed by the boy band themselves.

The group broke into the international scene with the songs "Mic Drop," which was remixed by renowned DJ Steve Aoki, and "DNA." The band topped music charts in the United States in the past year and has appeared in various shows including The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden.
