Dua Lipa receives her own filter on Snapchat. The release is in support of her hit single "IDGAF."

The filter makes it possible for Lipa's fans to lip-sync to her song. Snapchat users may load the filter on the front camera's usual face carousel. However, Lipa's filter will only be available for a limited time.

The song was released last year, and the music video for the track became available a few months later. "IDGAF" is all about self-love. In the video, Lipa reinforces the importance of valuing oneself and not giving a f***.

Dua Lipa Talks About Her Songs

Earlier this year, the 22-year-old singer talked about the song as well as her other hit single "New Rules." She said that "New Rules" was written as a three-point battle plan for cutting off a bad-news dude. "IDGAF," on the other hand, is like its sequel.

Lipa clarified that both songs were not based on her personal experiences, but she admitted to dating an emotionally manipulative guy years ago.

"I dated this guy who literally would never eat a single vegetable. I was like, 'This is terrible. You eat like a 5-year-old. I'm f****** out," said Lipa.

Who Is Dua Lipa?

Lipa is an English singer, songwriter, and model. She started modeling at the age of 14. Around the same time, she started covering songs by other artists and uploaded them to YouTube.

In 2015, she signed with Warner Music Group and released her first single thereafter. A year later, a documentary about the singer was released by The Fader magazine, and it is called See in Blue.

Some of Lipa's other songs are "Be the One," "Scared to be Lonely," "Blow Your Mind," "Hotter than Hell," "Lost In Your Light," "Last Dance," "Homesick," "High," "New Love," "No Goodbyes," "Bang Bang," "Genesis," "Bad Together," and more.

Dua Lipa Slams Richard Wilkins

Last week, Lipa made headlines after she slammed a journalist who claimed that she was lying about her surgery. The singer was supposed to perform with Bruno Mars this month, but she had to cancel her performance due to the procedure.

However, Lipa appeared in Jimmy Kimmel Live! last week and Richard Wilkins thought the singer was just making up excuses for missing her performances with Mars.

Lipa immediately fired back at Wilkins and said that her episode on Jimmy Kimmel Live! was shot in February in Los Angeles. She also questioned the journalist as to why he did not do proper research before sharing his thoughts about her.
