Faith Evans and long-time boyfriend, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J, have officially tied the knot in a private ceremony in Las Vegas.
The celebrity couple got married on Tuesday, July 17, inside their hotel room at the Trump Hotel. Close family and friends were present.

Sources revealed to TMZ that Evans and Stevie J phoned a minister named Joelle Righetti at around 6 p.m. to ask her to marry them on the same day. Apparently, hours before, the celebrity couple was also spotted outside a courthouse in Las Vegas where they signed a marriage certificate.
While no photos and videos of the event have been released as of this writing, people present during the surprise wedding recounted that the ceremony was performed at the living room of their suite. The couple also held hands while the song "Ave Maria" played on portable speakers.
Evans and her new husband confirmed the news on Twitter. According to People, the reality television star referred to his beloved as Faith Renee Jordan.
"I love you back Steven Aaron Jordan," replied the "I'll Be Missing You" singer.

Stevie J confirmed his romance with Evans back in December 2016. During an interview with The Breakfast Club, the reality star shared that the relationship was relatively new.
"I've known her for like 25 years," he stated. "We was like family and then as years progressed, we just began to hang out more [and] talk more."
In 2017, the two briefly parted ways. In an interview with BET, the new Mrs. Jordan said that J was not ready for a serious relationship with her at the time. She did say, however, that she will always love him.
Eventually, they found their way back to each others' arms, and the relationship became stronger than ever. The newlyweds recently starred in the sexy music video of "A Minute."

Meanwhile, Stevie J's ex, Joseline Hernandez, reacted to the news that the television star married the hit-maker. On Instagram, she posted a screencap of a previous conversation with Stevie J who asked her to marry him.

The message was dated June 17. Hernandez saved the phone number under "A**hole" on her phone but, based on the messages. It seems like the proposal was from Stevie J.
Neither Stevie J nor Evans has responded publicly to the text messages.
Stevie J has a child with Hernandez. Meanwhile, Evans was previously married to The Notorious B.I.G. and then to Todd Russaw.
